We offer accredited qualifications for specific organisations wishing to train their security staff for front line SIA licences. We also provide Suspect Package training for staff responsible for dealing with mail or deliveries, Security Supervisor training to equip supervisors with the appropriate knowledge and skills in their first leadership role, and Conflict Management training for those who need to manage potential conflict and their own personal safety as part of their role.

Reality-based training (RBT) is where delegates are immersed in hyper-real physical recreations of scenarios to encourage fast and tactical decision-making. We have joined our expertise and experience with that of CrisisCast in real world training and in hi-fidelity simulations.

The use of highly realistic simulations enables the participants to be fully immersed in a crisis situation. This gives the participants a fuller understanding of the consequences of their actions and an insight into how they operate in a highly stressful situation.
